Domestic Repairs & Property Improvements
Mason Ltd has undertaken work to repair and upgrade the facade of the building. The rear court yard area was rendered to improve the aesthetics and provide additional weather protection. We also exposed the original features to the front porch area prior to decoration
We have undertaken repairs such as:
- Replace defective rear door with new hardwood door
- External rendering and redecoration
- Replacing windows and doors, gutters and downpipes
- Other general aesthetic repairs
Working with this client required working to timescale to meet the clients deadline. The client was remote whilst the work was undertaken, meaning that fulll project management was essential, whilst also keeping the client up to date and giving them the confidence that the prject was running smoothly.
